Once you have found your perfect home then we'll be on hand throughout the purchasing process to keep everything moving forward. At Spencer James Estates we don't turn our phones to voicemail at 5pm, so if you need to chat to us after you have finished work, or on a weekend then our as near to 24/7 communication policy as possible will make this easy for you.
